ORDERS
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, choose your size and colour, and click "Add to Cart". When you are ready, go to your cart and follow the steps at checkout to enter your delivery details and payment.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@qorvanto.com. We will do our best to help, but once your order has been dispatched we are unable to make changes. You can still return it under our Returns and Refund Policy.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account makes it quicker to order in future and lets you view your order history.
PAYMENT
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include major debit and credit cards and other secure payment options.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers. We never store your full card details.
In which currency are your prices?
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking details where available.
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
Please check your tracking information first. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us at info@qorvanto.com with your order number and we will look into it.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@qorvanto.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost is your responsibility. If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return. The money is returned to your original payment method and may take a few extra working days to appear, depending on your bank.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you need.
What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
Please contact us at info@qorvanto.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
SIZING AND PRODUCTS
How do I find the right size?
Please check the size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us and we will be happy to advise.
Do the colours look the same in real life?
We photograph our products as accurately as possible, but colours may look slightly different depending on your screen settings.
How should I care for my clothes?
Please follow the care instructions on the label of each garment. In general, washing at lower temperatures and air drying helps your clothes look better for longer.
Will items that are sold out come back in stock?
Popular items are often restocked. Keep an eye on our website or sign up to our newsletter to hear about new arrivals and restocks first.
