Welcome to Qorvanto. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our website and to all orders placed through it. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

In these Terms and Conditions, "we", "us" and "our" refer to CORNER 93 LTD trading as Qorvanto. "You" and "your" refer to the customer using our website or placing an order.
2. USE OF OUR WEBSITE
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in any way that could damage, disable or impair it.
We aim to keep our website available at all times, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free from errors. We may suspend, change or withdraw any part of the website without notice.
3. ELIGIBILITY
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a legally binding contract. Orders can only be delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom.
4. PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display our products, including their colours, sizes and descriptions, as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, and small variations may occur between items.
Size guides are provided for guidance only. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.
All products are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is no longer available, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a full refund for that item.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time you place it.
If a product is shown at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we are not obliged to supply the product at that price. In this case we will contact you to ask whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using one of the payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store your full card details.
6. ORDERS AND CONTRACT
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted.
A contract between you and us is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or if we are unable to deliver to your address. If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund you in full.
7. DELIVERY
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Full details are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Responsibility for the products passes to you once they have been delivered to the address you provided.
8. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive your goods, without giving a reason.
To cancel, please contact us at info@qorvanto.com with your order number before the 14-day period ends. You must then return the items to us within 14 days of telling us that you wish to cancel.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached. We may reduce your refund if the items have been handled more than is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and fit.
Unless the items are faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning them. Full details are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
9. REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
If you cancel an order in full within the cancellation period, we will refund the standard delivery cost you paid. We will not refund any extra cost if you chose a more expensive delivery option.
10. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms and Conditions. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us at info@qorvanto.com as soon as possible, including your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with your legal rights, and we will cover the cost of returning faulty or incorrect items.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms and Conditions or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We only supply products for domestic and private use. We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
13. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to meet our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier delays, strikes, technical failures or other unforeseen circumstances. If such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimise any delay.
14. PRIVACY
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on our website at the time you place it.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
